Evolve is a community treasure. Elora has assembled a group of wonderful yoga instructors who teach all levels of yoga classes from very gentle yoga to vigorous ashtanga yoga and everything in between. Evolve is a wonderful place for so many reasons — incredible, kind and knowledgeable teachers, a beautiful studio space, quality equipment, varied and interesting class offerings, and a lending library full of a wide range of books relating not only to the yoga practise, but also general wellness and lifestyle. The prices are also the best you will find anywhere for a studio of this calibre! Elora is so professional and organised and will ensure that everything is in order 100% of the time! 10/10 recommend this studio — there is truly something for everyone and every level here!

I recently attended Elora’s Restore class and it was all of that and more. It was exactly what I needed to center myself after a jam-packed day. To relax deeply in her studio environment with the setting sun streaming through those windows punctuated by a distant mountain was heaven! Thank you, Elora, for bringing the class such calm.

I love taking classes at Evolve. Elora and the other teachers are all very knowledgeable, classes are always on time, the studio is always clean and there really is a class for everyone whether you are a beginner or expert. I love how they also offer classes on the roof top deck. I highly recommend taking a class here, especially with Elora!
