2. Do I need to sign up in advance for classes?
Yes! We recommend signing up in advance through our website or the Mindbody app to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
3. What should I bring to class?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. We offer blankets, cork blocks, yoga straps, and bolsters – free for use. If you don’t have a mat, we have some available for $2 rental.
4. I’m a beginner. Which class should I take?
Gentle Flow, Stretch, or Basics are great options for beginners! These classes offer a slower pace and foundational movements.
5. Where are you located?
