Our studio offers a calm and tranquil space for practicing yoga in a safe and supportive environment. We believe that yoga is for everybody and everyone is welcome!

We offer classes and courses for beginners and advanced practitioners, Lecture Series, as well as limited edition sessions of Prenatal yoga, Restorative yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, and mindfulness.


Love Warrior Academy

Join Indra Keliuotis January 25th thru March 1st, for this 6 week meditation journey to build our intuitive connection, ignite the inner fire, and step into a divine community of love warriors.

Full Moon Yoga

Enjoy an all level vinyasa flow class with Elora Herberick. This energetic practice is followed by a long relaxation period to cleanse and release. During the warmer months, this class takes place on our beautiful rooftop deck overlooking scenic downtown New Milford and the distant green hills.

New Moon Rituals & Gentle Yoga

Aligning our routines to the seasons and lunar rhythms has been practiced for many moons.  Cultivate a deeper connection to natural laws and lunar energy.
Each new moon is a perfect time to set intentions for the upcoming cycle, dive deeper into the meaning of each particular new moon and practice gentle, all level yoga to take care of ourselves; body, mind and soul.

Pilates Mat Class with Gretchen McCarthy

Join Gretchen’s pop-up pilates classes to train your mind and body to work together in this integrated body conditioning class. Strengthen and tone your muscles, improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and balance as you learn this unique system of exercises.

Props needed: yoga mat, small ball, flexband, & a set of 1-3 lb weights.
