Free Community Yoga

Join us Sunday, August 14th!

Our studio offers a calm and tranquil space for practicing yoga in a safe and supportive environment. We believe that yoga is for everybody and everyone is welcome!

We offer classes and courses for beginners and advanced practitioners, Lecture Series, as well as limited edition sessions of Prenatal yoga, Restorative yoga, Sound Healing, Ashtanga Vinyasa, meditation, and mindfulness.


Full Moon Yoga

Enjoy an all level vinyasa flow class with Elora Herberick. This energetic practice is followed by a long relaxation period to cleanse and release. During the warmer months, this class takes place on our beautiful rooftop deck overlooking scenic downtown New Milford and the distant green hills.

Reggae Asana Rooftop Yoga

Join Elora during this two hour long rooftop class integrating our movement, our breath, and our minds – connecting to the rhythm of reggae music and the Universe. Our calming vibes will inspire soulful movement with the use of cannabis flower. Each participant is provided with one .5 gram premium-quality cannabis to enjoy prior and during our yoga movements and meditation. These earthly delights are packed with only the freshest flower to ensure a beautiful and memorable experience.

We mindfully and intelligently consume cannabis to facilitate our own evolution and support our human consciousness. Through purposeful consumption, slow movement, and lots of laughter. We come together in love and yoga!

New Moon Rituals & Gentle Yoga

Aligning our routines to the seasons and lunar rhythms has been practiced for many moons.  Cultivate a deeper connection to natural laws and lunar energy.
Each new moon is a perfect time to set intentions for the upcoming cycle, dive deeper into the meaning of each particular new moon and practice gentle, all level yoga to take care of ourselves; body, mind and soul.

Herbal Tea Party

Join us for an educational and interactive afternoon brunch and herbal tea party.
During this workshop, you will sample 3 different herbal tea blends and discover the many health benefits and plant properties they possess.
This is a laid back way to learn more about herbalism and how to incorporate herbs into your daily life. Tasting Monica’s one of a kind recipes will help you deepen your connection to the plants while you relax and receive an informative presentation. Delicious homemade food will be served throughout the event. Each participant will be entered into a raffle to win some handmade products by Moonlight Makes LLC.

Intro to Ayurveda: Yoga’s Sister Science

Are your feeling tired, unwell scattered or overwhelmed? Or maybe you just want to expand knowledge of ancient healing science known, as Ayurveda?

Discover ways to find balance with Yogic and Ayurvedic practices that nourish and revitalize the body – especially durning the fall season when all of the sudden everything begins to feel a little “too winded.”

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn the foundation and philosophy of Ayurveda and how to apply this ancient knowledge in every day life to balance your specific constitutional state.

Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

Join Lisa Mendillo for Introduction to Kundalini yoga. It is a dynamic practice that uses postures, breath, chanting, and meditation to balance and energize the body, mind and spirit.

A chosen Kriya (set of asanas for a specific purpose) will be practiced after a brief warmup and pranayama (breathwork) and we will end with a relaxing savasana and meditation that works in alignment with the Kriya.

Autumn Equinox Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga

This special seasonal event will transport your mind, body and soul to complete relaxation and expanded awareness. Waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional crystal singing bowls and other percussion instruments guide us thru some relaxing restorative yoga postures. A meditation and vocalization help us move into the cooler months and another transition!

Soul Songs: An Evening of Chanting & Sacred Music

Come take an effortless, joyful journey with Sita’s Light through eclectic sacred music and easy group chanting into the center of your heart to find deep peace, meditation, and bliss. Sita will be joined by three amazing musician friends – Andrew Ciarlelli on guitar and hand pan, Lydia Smith on percussion, and Prémik Russell Tubbs on woodwinds. 

No experience is ever needed just an open mind and a willingness to be present.

Unlocking the Heart & Hips 

Yin yoga is a luscious practice that features long-held deep, supported stretches to release mental, emotional, and physical stress that gets stored within the tissues (oftentimes in the hips!). In this workshop, we’ll connect the mind, body, and heart creating a deeply relaxing, immersive experience, aligning the mind, breath, and body. After this workshop you’ll notice your sleep will be deeper, your body will feel rested, you’ll move around easier, and feel lighter in your heart and spirit. All levels welcome!
