No Time for Self-Care? Read These Practical Tips for Entrepreneurs

Spend time with others.

Even if you feel too busy to see other people, make a point to carve out time in your schedule to spend time with friends, relatives, and other important people in your life. Interacting with others will help to revitalize your mind and soul, and it will add joy to your life like nothing else can.

Simplify your business.
